At Digital Prerna, we work with complete transparency and clarity to ensure a smooth experience for every client. Our team invests significant time, planning, and resources into every project from Day 1, so having a clear refund and cancellation structure helps us maintain fairness for both sides.
1. Service Cancellation Policy
1.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
You may request cancellation of any service by sending an email to support@digitalprerna.in or contacting your assigned project manager.
- For Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, SMM, GMB, etc.)
- Cancellation requests must be made 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Any request made after the billing cycle has started will be considered for the next month.
- For One-Time Projects (Website Development, Branding, Ads Setup, etc.)
- If the project is already initiated and resources have been allocated, cancellation will be processed as per our refund policy below.
1.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation
Digital Prerna reserves the right to cancel any service in cases such as:
- Repeated non-payment or overdue invoices
- Misuse of services
- Unethical or illegal project requirements
- Abuse towards team members
In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will follow our refund policy.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds vary based on the type of service purchased. Since Digital Prerna provides digital, technical, and time-based services, we strictly follow a structured refund process.
2.1 Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, GMB, SMM, Ads Management)
- These services are non-refundable, as work begins immediately after onboarding.
- Strategy planning, competitor research, setup tasks, and execution are time-based and irreversible.
2.2 Website Development, Branding & One-Time Projects
Refund eligibility depends on the project stage:
- 0–24 hours after payment (Before Work Starts):
80% refund (20% deducted as resource allocation + admin fee) - After Work Has Started (Initial Planning, Designing, Setup Done):
No refund, as internal time and efforts have already been invested. - If Digital Prerna is unable to deliver the project due to internal issues (extremely rare), a full refund will be issued.
2.3 Subscription-Based Tools or Third-Party Charges
Any payments made towards third-party tools, hosting, domains, ad budget, plugins, or software are non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Client delays in providing content, approvals, or required access
- Change of mind after work has started
- Poor performance due to client-side issues (budget cuts, wrong access, limited cooperation)
- Unrealistic expectations beyond signed scope
- Services purchased during an offer, sale, or discount
4. Project Delivery & Dispute Resolution
If you believe the delivered service does not match what was promised:
- You may write to support@digitalprerna.in with clear details
- Our internal Quality Team will review the issue
- If valid, a corrective action plan will be executed at no additional cost
- Refunds will only be issued if our team is unable to resolve the concern
5. Policy Updates
Digital Prerna may update this policy at any time to maintain fairness and transparency. The latest version will always be available on our website.
