1. Nature of Delivery
Digital Prerna does not ship physical products.
All our offerings—web development, SEO, graphic design, digital marketing, WhatsApp bots, CRM setup, and other IT services—are delivered online through:
- WhatsApp or internal communication channels
- Cloud sharing links (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.)
- Project management tools (Trello, Notion, ClickUp, etc.)
- Live calls or remote sessions (Zoom, Meet)
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the service purchased. Below is a general structure:
2.1 Website Development
- Basic websites: 24–72 hours (as per service package)
- Standard corporate websites: 5–12 working days
- Advanced or custom websites: 15–30 working days
Delivery depends on the client providing necessary content, images, and approvals on time.
2.2 SEO, Social Media, GMB & Monthly Services
These are ongoing services delivered month-to-month.
- SEO deliverables: Shared weekly or monthly
- GMB posts & updates: Daily/weekly as per plan
- Social media content calendar: Every 7–10 days
Full activity logs/reports are shared monthly.
2.3 Graphic Design, Branding & Logo
- Initial concepts: 48–72 hours
- Final deliverables: After revisions, typically 3–7 working days
2.4 WhatsApp Bot, CRM, AI Automations
- Basic setup: 24–48 hours
- Advanced workflows: 3–7 days
2.5 Paid Ads Setup
- Campaign setup: 24–48 hours after receiving payment + ad access
- Optimisation reports: Every 3–5 days
3. Dependencies for Timely Delivery
To deliver on time, we require:
- Content (text, images, business details)
- Website/hosting login
- GMB access, ad access, or required permissions
- Prompt approval on design drafts or website sections
Delays in providing these may extend delivery timelines.
4. Mode of Digital Delivery
Depending on the service type, you’ll receive:
- Email confirmation with access links
- Google Drive folders containing files
- Login credentials for delivered websites or tools
- Reports of completed work
- Live demo or handover call
- Tickets raised and resolved through our support channels
All deliveries are recorded for transparency and stored securely.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Once service deliverables are sent:
- A confirmation message is shared via email/WhatsApp
- For websites, clients receive a live link + admin access
- For marketing services, clients get reports or calendars
Clients must review the deliverables and inform us within 48 hours if any changes or corrections are needed.
6. Non-Delivery Situations
Digital Prerna is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incomplete or late submission of client requirements
- Technical issues on client-side platforms
- Incorrect login credentials provided
- Sudden change in scope or strategy requested by client
- Third-party server downtime (hosting, domain providers, APIs)
In such cases, delivery timelines will be extended accordingly.
